I 've been in marketing & sales since 1977, so this was a natural progression for me and throw in a radio career on talk radio in San Diego and you got the right MIX.
I have no idea where to guide you other than learn as much as you can. Nings, twitter, etc. Debbie has a video releasing soon with myself with one of my clients that I got started. Whereas, it isn't a how-to, it will just assure you and solidify that this is the direction that 99% of all businesses need to go.
