I have been working on my marketing with Patti and have baking classes coming up the second week of April. If those people sign up for a second class, I may be on the road to my first goal of two classes per month. The first class is on basic yeast baking and the class members will decide what to cover in the May class. I am reading some of Patti's "bibles" in an effort to get more clarity on the concepts she has drawn from them. ( N.Hill and J. Olson) I also found another author to analyze as well as two new cookbooks. Barnes and Nobels loved me the other day. Besides the baking class business, I will be busy with spring yard work, moving a college student out of an apartment in Texas, getting taxes done for my senior friend`and the ongoing chores of organization and cleaning a too large house.
