Was having a bit of a hard time today...loads of things sitting on my shoulder, smacking me in the face and causing deep buried emotions to arise. Just one of those "blow out" days.
So tonight I decided to take action and do some music therapy. I opened up GarageBand and I composed this song "Be Good To Yourself".
I had no set agenda, no idea of what and how and where, I just let the music take me where it would.
As it turns out, there is piano with dance music, voices and speaking. A blend of music that just makes you want to get up and get going.
Suffice to say that I could not stay down after hearing this...

That was INCREDIBLE! You are one talented lady! That Garage band thing looks like fun...I' going to have to try it!
